I ordered this as advised by a physio for tendinitis and I was impressed as to how quickly my order arrived and the quality of the product.

A quick delivery & product. Supports the side of the wrist also, very comfortable.

I have been trying to return a wrist support for over a week now. The product is a wrong fit so I parcelled it back up & read through the returns process. I asked for the return address & confirmation they accept my return request. No reply, I emailed twice yet still no response, nothing! I just cannot get through to them.

Had some recent pain in my left wrist. Decided to get a support. Measured my wrist and ordered the appropriate size, using the guide given. Wrist support arrived very quickly, but unfortunately was too small, despite having measured. Asked to return item, given a return number, returned item by signed-for postal method.
Refund received very promptly.

Been well over a month now and it seems to manage my wrist issue fine (probably TFCC or ulnar pain). No longer feel limited when attempting heavier lifts. Long enough to provide dual support to wrist and forearm.

Been well over a month now and it seems to manage my wrist issue fine (probably TFCC or ulnar pain), with no pain during or after playing >2hrs. On actual use, feels stable and provides adaptable, firm support. And happy to say still fastens securely (i.e. doesn't feel loose).
